Who are the workshops designed for?
'The Perfect Balance' workshops are designed for couples, friends, colleagues and even total strangers, looking for fitness through relaxation. The minimum age for these sessions is 18.
How will the workshops help me?
The classes are designed to stimulate energy, relaxation, balance, co-ordination and trust between you are your balance partner. These sessions are for beginners and participants are encouraged to take part in as much or little of the exercises as they wish. These classes are a personal journey for each individual, so feel free to take things at your own pace.
What will I learn?
Each structured session begins with individual yoga. This is followed by partner work. Here we will explore positions that can only be achieved when working in harmony with one another. We end the session with a calming cool down and some meditation. Throughout the entire session you are encouraged to focus on your breath and core; which are key elements in successful relaxation and essential to engaging in complex counter-balances.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, restriction free clothing.
